We change up the fitness classes from time to time to stay current and try new things. We may have a class on the schedule from time to time that may not be on the website yet.
PiYo

Barre – YO
Bare Yoga Fusion. De-stress, while toning your muscles with barre-inspired movements. Get the best of both worlds in one workout—tone your arms, thighs, and booty and finish feeling deeply nourished and relaxed.
Ball – lates
Ball-Lates is a Mat Pilates based class utilizing the stability ball to increase balance, strength and flexibility. It will challenge your core to the max!
