Class Info

What (we offer)

Our studio is an all-level studio. We pride ourselves on being able to find that sweet spot for each client in an all-levels class…providing good modifications or challenges for each exercise.

AAA is the only level-based class on our schedule, and you must be approved by an instructor to join these classes.

Reformer (pilates)

Abs, Arms, Ass (AAA)
A class focused on toning and sculpting those desirable areas of the body. Our AAA workout is ideal for all Pilates lovers looking to sculpt their most ideal shape. AAA will definitely kick your butt and have you wanting to come back for more.

Recommended Prerequisite: 10 Reformer classes at PBB or other contemporary Reformer training. Talk to Manager before booking if you are pregnant or injured.

ReForm
Experience the Reformer for a total body workout ideal for those who are new to Pilates, but challenging enough for experienced students who want to refine their skills. Prerequisite: 2 Private Reformer sessions at PBB.

Interval Jump
A high intensity class designed for those who love to move and get some cardio on! This workout is ideal for those who want to feel the burn and sweat a little! This is a reformer machine jumpboard class that uses props to keep you engaged and entertained while you work that core. Prerequisite: 5 Reformer classes at PBB.

Work(shops)

Core Fundamentals – 2 Hours; $65
Are you a beginner or intermediate in Reformer Pilates and want to get a little more personalized attention and understanding to take it to the next level? Discover how Pilates reshapes your body and mind with this hands-on two hour workshop. Designed for beginners to intermediate. This workshop has a maximum of 8 participants and a minimum of 4. If we do not have the minimum number of participants we will have to reschedule.

Requirements: Minimum of 10 reformer classes prior to the workshop

Deep Dive – Expanding Your Pilates Practice – 2 Hours ; $65
Improve your form, deepen your core connection and enhance your balance and stability.

Improve your form, deepen your core connection and enhance your balance and stability. Regina will bring you back to the basics in this two hour workshop, giving you hands-on, personalized feedback and corrections to correct alignment, address bad habits, and strengthen your foundation. Designed for Intermediate – Advanced looking to work on form and technique.

Runner
Specialized 90 minute training sessions. Wednesday’s and Friday’s in the month of July 10:00 – 11:30 AM.
