• While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend reserving classes online to guarantee your spot in class.

• If a class is full, you may place your name on the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will receive an email or a text confirming your reservation in class. If you do not wish to keep your spot, you must cancel either online via the online scheduler, via email, or by phone. If you do not cancel, you will be enrolled in class and your account charged accordingly.

• Group classes have a strict 12-hour cancellation/change policy. Private sessions have a strict 24-hour cancellation/change policy. Cancellations made outside these time windows are considered late cancels.

• If you have a drop-in or class pack and cancel late, you will lose the drop-in or a class from the pack.

• If you have a monthly or new client unlimited membership and cancel late you will be charged a late cancel fee of $10 for Group Fitness and Reformer classes.

• Sorry, no exceptions.

• If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. Should a spot open up, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know you’ve been automatically added to the class. This can happen up to 12 hours before the class starts.

• Please note, if you are not “opted in” for email notifications in our system, you will not receive an email notification.

• If you are on the waitlist and are no longer available, please remove yourself, as you will be responsible for the class should you be added.

• All sales are final. Thank you for your understanding.

• All our class packages have a 2, 4 or 6 month expiration, so please plan accordingly when making your purchases. Sorry, we are unable to extend packages.

• Instructors for group classes are subject to change without notice.

• If your instructor will be absent for a private or duet session, you will be notified in advance and you may choose to reschedule if that better suits your needs.

• We do not allow shoes beyond the lobby.

• We prefer Reformer Pilates to be taken barefoot. This helps you engage your body more.

• We recommend wearing grip socks if you do not want to go barefoot. If you don’t have grip socks, we sell them at the front desk.

• We recommend wearing form-fitting clothing so our instructors can check your form.

• We recommend you wear running shoes for any Suspension Circuit Training class.

• Please let us know before class if you are pregnant. If you are brand new to Pilates we require you take at least 1 private session before moving on to any of the Group Reformer Pilates classes we offer. This is for your safety and the safety of your baby.

• The minimum age requirement is 15 years old. There is no age limit.

• Clients between the ages of 15-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
