Do you want to see what Reformer Pilates is all about without the commitment?

We are now offering a free, drop by information class every Tuesday at 11:30 AM.  No need to sign up, just show up.

What this 45-minutes will consist of:

  • Explaining how the Reformer works with your body.
  • Going through all the parts of the machine and how to use it.
  • Letting you sample the use of the Reformer and all the accessories we use with it during a workout.

*Attire:  Workout attire.  We use the Reformer with either bare feet or grip socks*

*This is not a Reformer Pilates workout, you will be trying a few things, but you shouldn’t break a sweat*

This will not replace the need for Private Sessions if you decide to move forward and learn more to move into a group class setting.
