Tia Rankin

Tia fell in love with Pilates in 2015. She grew up playing soccer.  When her soccer career was over, she knew she needed to find a healthy way to exercise that would challenge her. She decided to give Pilates a try and it quickly turned into a passion. Pilates helps her to be more aware of her own body and has changed her posture drastically. It continues to challenge her both mentally and physically.  She is learning new moves and flows every single day. She knew she wanted to become an instructor and share her love for Pilates with others. She wants clients to leave her classes feeling better than when they walked in. Pilates is for all ages, fitness levels, and each person can be challenged in their own unique way!
