Rachel Stith

Rachel has been teaching for 5 years.  She teaches Barre, Tabata, Barbell and Bootcamp.  She loves being able to create new and unique workouts for you! It’s so important to change things up and keep it fun. Safety is very important to her as well. Right out of college Rachel worked as a physical therapy tech and learned a lot about injury prevention. So if she corrects your form it’s out of love!
