Lindsay Haas

Lindsey is AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) certified instructor.  She started teaching fitness classes in 2017.

Starting as a cardio dance instructor and encountering some injuries, Lindsey found a way to still work out effectively, without igniting past injuries. This personal journey of hers has helped in the classes that she teaches.   She always encourages modifications and pushes her clients to listen to their body.   In three years of teaching she has led an array of cardio, strength, and cardio dance classes.

Music is always a tone for her workouts. Her goal is to have fun, play energizing music and challenger her students.

She has a full-time job as an underwriter for an insurance company in Cincinnati, OH and enjoys teaching and taking fitness classes in her free time. She is also an avid traveler and still finds a way to get in some workouts even if she’s in a different country!”
