Katy Simon

Katy fell in love with Reformer Pilates 16 years ago.  She was a runner and this was the perfect compliment to her running.  When she was no longer able to run due to knee injuries, she found that again, the Reformer was the perfect solution.  She loves the challenge it offers without an impact and that it can be modified across most ages and fitness levels.  As her love for the practice grew, so did her desire to have a studio that was built around the calming atmosphere that pilates brought to her mind and body.  She wanted not only a beautiful space, but equipment that was solid and versatile with class instruction that was challenging and never the same old thing.  This led to Pilates Body Barre.
