Julie has been in the fitness industry for over 35 years. Group Fitness Coordinator at various fitness facilities especially corporate fitness as a Fitness Specialist/Wellness Consultant. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor. She specializes in Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Surf Fit, Cardio Dance, HITT Training, Insanity, Pound Fitness, Aqua Fitness, Boot Camp, Trampoline Fit, Hoop Fit and more! She started out as a professional dancer and NFL Cheerleader that lead her to become a fitness instructor. Staying active and fit and helping others is her passion!
